Worked at 4 sizes of companies: 1 x-large (Hewlett-Packard), 1 medium-large (Cognizant), 1 small (Aberdeen), and 4 x-small (startups). William has seen the whole spectrum. In each case, these companies were experiencing a high velocity of growth. He held senior management positions in sales, marketing, business process reengineering, and practice leadership.
